Terms of Use

By using Tinkerville you agree to these simple terms. They exist to keep the site safe and friendly for kids and the families who use it with them.

1. Who can use the site

Kids of any age are welcome to read, play games, and draw. Accounts, the Junior Inventors Club, and giveaway entries require a parent or legal guardian (18+) to sign up and provide consent.

2. Free lesson plans & printables

Lesson plans, workbooks, and drawing prompts are free for personal, classroom, and homeschool use. You may print, copy, and share them. You may not resell them or strip Tinkerville branding.

3. Skateboard giveaway

  • One entry per child per day. Original notebook drawings only — no tracing or AI-generated art.
  • Parents/guardians submit on behalf of a child. Open to U.S. residents; void where prohibited.
  • Winners are notified by email; the first winner will be selected in November 2026.
  • By entering, you grant Tinkerville a non-exclusive right to display the submitted drawing on the site, with first-name + age credit.

4. Acceptable use

Don't try to break the site, scrape it, or submit content that's unkind, unsafe, or copies someone else's work. We reserve the right to remove anything that doesn't fit Tinkerville's family-friendly spirit.

5. Third-party links

Some links go to Amazon (the book), YouTube (read-alouds), and external games. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies — we're not responsible for what happens there.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Tinkerville is provided “as is.” The lessons and activities are creative resources, not professional educational or medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us (which, for the free site, is zero).

7. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this URL. Questions go to hello@thefambooks.com.
